How To Make A Water Motor That Can Pump Water Up To 3 Feet?

Hi I’m doing a project and I’ve to make a water motor that can pump water up to minimum of 3 feet,the principle should have a rotating motor and should be small almost like a motor in small fountains at home.Can anyone help me??
