I have an outside timer box, for the out side lights to click on. it is IN: 120v, 1.1 Amps, out 100 watts max. The fountain has a small pump, like a small little aquarium pump, and it is AC 120v .043Amps. Made by Midas-Lin, Classic fountain. I just bought is from lowes. So can this be hooked up to the timer for automatic starting an stopping.?

It can, but most fountains and pumps are designed for 24 hour operation. It is likely to get slimy if you turn it off half of the time.
For the most part yes, watts=volts x amps 120v x .043A =5.16W. What brand is it? Do you plug the timer into an existing outlet or is it wired into the house? The plug in kind will work but they tend to give out faster than the wired in will. When any motor starts it can draw much more power for a split second than the timer can handle and it wears it out in time
